Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it.
This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina-- although you have to go
through quite a few windy streets to enter the main street of the Media
from the Riad. This does mean that it is in the quieter areas at night.

By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the
centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might
add) and had to have a day of medical care. I can't believe the

I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like
a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in
terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living
in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two
weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied
as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend
