Fast alles war OK, Im Winter wenig überfüllt, kaum Leuta am Pool

Internet only in the lobby and very poor quality. In peek times with more guests than this time - definitely impossible to access...

• right on the beach with its own private sun lounger section • food the entire time was great, the buffet had a huge selection and very tasty • room was massive, perfectly clean and well maintained • bed was super comfortable • staff were very friendly and helpful (of course the service improves when you tip!) • we felt the full board package was great value Overall, had a fantastic time, would definitely recommend!

• no wifi in rooms - minor inconvenience • cocktails not good, they come from a machine and you can't even taste the alcohol - just a tiny complaint compared to everything else that was brilliant ;)

Best 4 stars hotel I've been to in Agadir so far. The hotel has an external heated swimming pool that will let you swim at any season.

The Location, helpfulness of staff - our room attendant and waiter - many thanks..The Resort - perfect for our relaxing holiday After arriving at the Resort we had a few issues with our room. However - we found the Managers quick response to our queries and action taken was most appreciated..... We will return to this resort as we had a great holiday......

The location is wonderful and super breakfast .

I payed cash when check in forget to ask the receipt , they charged again the bill in VISA ! Very dishonest ...

Lovely swimming pools with one cold and one heated together with childrens pool. rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a huge range of different food. Hotel right on the beach

was about 30-40 minutes walk to the main centre of Agadir.

The hotel location is great. There is food diversification. The general manager Mr. AlKhandro was a great person and very helpful. He used to ask the gusts about the place on a daily basis

The whole hotel furniture need reinovation then this hotel will be 5 stars instead of 4

Big hotel with excellent rooms (we had junior suites). Beach great. All inclusive better than one could expect, without being hindered by the behavior of the "well known" tourists. The hotel is an excellent location for a relaxing stay at the beach or at the huge pool. Truly recommended; especially for families with small children.

Reception employees have a hard time speaking english. Glasses were often dirty at the terras and pool bars.

a wonderful place to go with a family and children, hospitable staff,tasty varied food, large swimming pool,, friendly mini club staff....wonderful beach, lovely animation activities.....I would recommend any young family to have a short stay there.

Garden room excellent. Food varied and plentiful. Easy access to the beach for walks in the sea. Quiet location but near enough to town for a walk in the sea or on the promenade which was safe at night

Heated pool had no shallow area for children or non swimmers who therefore could not swim????

The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the cleaners up to management. They all seemed genuinely happy and very polite and helpful. Food was very good as was the bar service. We were given an upgrade without asking.

Too many Polish people who were rowdy, rude and noisy on our second week.

Beach hotel, one of the few in Agadir with its own chairs directly on the beach. Very nice place and very professional staff. Perfect cleanliness everywhere (much appreciated). Abundant and varied buffets with excellent service. Spacious room with balcony, very quiet. Nice posh clientele, mainly mature people (we suppose due to the season).

Low quality food, and the all-in wine is terrible. No Wifi in the room, should be a must. Severe lack of information about what can be done in the hotel or outside. Poor and unpleasant shops in the vicinity. Remember Agadir is just for sun, sand and sea.

I am sorry to say that I did not like it at all.

Staff was extremely unfriendly and hungry for money. If you are not from the Western countries and a solo traveler then this hotel is not for you.

Proximity to the beach.

Pretty much everything else. Over-crowded, sub-standard facility, mold, peeling paint, old TV, old, stained towels, payment to use safe, missing light bulbs, parking on the street, disgusting breakfast, urine stains on two duvets, and the feeling that you best remember that you are nothing special here - just a number.

Self service Food - for a tourist only hotel - was of good quality. Staff were courteous in resto's and bar The room we were eventually given on second night was good

Don't stay in pool side rooms - ours was full of ants !! Only foreign tourists there - no Moroccans unfortunately !!
