I really liked the kind staff who helped us getting tours and taxies and advise when needed. The staff was friendly and honest with a family like atmosphere.Marina and Rosa live in San Francisco, California

Our room was on the side near a small courtyard that was used by local youth for skateboarding all night long so it was difficult to sleep. Also the pillows were hard and the food was cold every time we ate at the restaurant.

Clean room, bathroom and comfy beds. Excellent location close to shops, food market and metro station.

Noisy guests. Poor sound proofing in rooms. We could hear everything going on outside our room.

location was perfect, easy to get to the hotel from the airport by metro or bus nice staff clean room with nice view good value for location

Comfortable, clean room with great ceiling fan. I paid about $33/night with IVA included. Hotel is only two blocks from a metro station, and an airport bus stop is directly in front. Staff was very friendly.

The elevator was not working on this six story hotel, so try to get a room on a lower floor.

first of all location is great, 5 minutes walk from subway Bella artes station or Allende station and same 5 to 10 minutes walk to the zocalo plaza , if historic center is yr destination then here is the best place, close enough to the attraction but in a very quite place not like the other. After that facility are just fine , wide enough space and the cleanliness is good

It was close to the metro and shopping.

Many people coming and going at night made a lot of noise.

The Family room is a great concept and worked great for us. We did not need to book and pay for two rooms as we would have at other hotels. Although the staff spoke little English, they tried hard and at one point they called someone they knew could answer our sight-seeing questins that spoke perfect English to help us out. The restaurant serves reasonable prices, great tasting menu. A huge bakery next door was a pleasant surprise.

There was only 3 bottles of water for our group and when we asked for more we were told no.

Its location it's just superb; right at the heat of downtown. Easy access from / to the airport and public transportation.

The staff could improve their effectiveness by implementing the english language into their skills. This may become very helpful when receiving customers from abroad.

location wasnt too far from everything and the room was clean and comfortable

the location next to a plaza was a bit daunting at night-i travel alone and as a female it was a bit scary the first night walking back from the restaurant

The cost was reasonable. It was located near the center of Mexico City.

They charged us more than the advertised price. The room was very small for six people.
