To get a rest for a night near LCCT,Moon Eleven is convinient,cozy and much better than sleeping in airport.Landlord Nacy is very nice who can speak more than 4 kinds languages.She prepares snacks for guests and pleasure to help.In the night I stayed here,there was only 1 girl shared the room with me,I felt quiet and slept well.

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.

I stayed here for a night but decided to extend my stay. This place is a gem! Once you stepped in, you will feel like home.More than what you ask for. I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

its cleanliness,proximity to shopping and transport. Staff are friendly and courteous, breakfast and coffee-house environment are soothing and relax. - Decorate in my room and service from hotel staff is very good. I recommend that late check out should be until 2.00 PM. if your room is available.

The Cleanliness; Hat's off to the staff who maintained it.No shoes inside, it's superb to create a pure atmosphere inside. The Staffs are really nice, Thanks to Miss Sue,Mr Shin and all staffs whom I dont know their names.Its Location is great, near to Bukit Bintang, 5 mins walk to BB Plaza, HM, Lot 10, Pavillon,Sungeiwan Plaza, Low Yat plaza etc.

Raj and staff where very friendly! Very clean hotel, modernish for what
it is, we stayed as a group with 8 people. Had 2 triple and 1 double
rooms. They booked taxi's for where we had to go. Even a mini bus
for us personally for a day trip to see Genting Highlands at a good
price. Very friendly stay, helped ourself to breakfast had a small
kitchen as home to make your own toast and coffee and a big table for us
to meet on. If I ever returned id stay there again. Round the corner

Nice hostel condition. Clean bathrooms and toilets. Rooms are tidy and clean. Wifi is excellent! Near to central market and 10-15 minutes walk to nearest metro station. Located in city centre! Very friendly and nice and gentleman host Max! He could speak in chinese and english! He won't hesitate to help if you need any. Helped me out by changing me to another room due to room's lock problem. Concerned about guests' safety. Breakfast is only bread and spread, but they are the finest and softest

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
