Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle.
The King size bed was very comfortable.
Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby.
Good breakfast buffet.

We came during a busy festive season, but the reception staff were really cool, even though the front desk was like a zoo. I always find that remarkable.

Room was to my expectations. Service was fast when i complained that there was no mineral water in the room. The Chinese restaurant serves great food. - Food at the Manja Coffee House is good and reasonably priced.

I loved to see the magnificent riverside view from my balcony at 9th floor. As for the room, it is neat, clean and comfortable to stay and it was worthwhile with the price I paid. The staff at the counter were efficient and friendly too. I like that. -

I liked the room, neat, large and clean. Bathrooms are also very comfortable, this is my second time stay here with my family. Swimming pool also good, I can enjoy my breakfast while watching the kids swim. The workers are friendly and welcoming. Our arrival is most welcome. -

Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel. my children really like staying in the chalet type...this was such a new experience for them. They enjoyed the swimming pool and of course the beach as well. Easy to get outside food. Will stay here for next visit. -
