The design and structure of the room. The staff are very nice. Nice resort for relaxation. Love the pool. Peaceful ..nice place enjoy holiday.

Activities like swimming, spa, gym, riding, kids club, go kart, archery, paintball available. To have karaoke, activities for kids like colouring contest and outdoor games, story telling ,simple cooking class.fruit orchard.

To have more bycycles with carry for those who can't ride.more buggy.

Very peaceful, away from busy city life, cycling and we have excellent seafood in the restaurant.

The swimming pool are very very small, just enough for the kids only. And I don't agreed with the location....too open to the coffee house. Definitely is not a good idea...m

We enjoyed the privacy of staying in the 2 bedroom villa. Especially relaxing on the balcony. Experienced nice weather, very windy during the day and clear skies at night. Children loved the go cart and ATV activities.

It was very crowded at check in (school holiday season) The Shuttle van from lobby to parking was a bit run down. It would be even more pleasant if there had been special buggies for senior citizens.

Very poor on answering phone call at reservation.call tranfer to reservation and nobody pick up the phone for more than 1hrs,leave message including name & contact no to customer svs for the reservation side to call back but no call ever received.dated 5/6/2013.I rated very,very poor because I urgently need confirmation on something from them.

Had relaxing time with family in Canary Villa. Had good weather this time, not too hot and very windy, enjoyed just sitting at the balcony. Children loved the Go Cart and ATV.

Too many people during check in. Should provide executive shuttle van from parking to hotel lobby. Existing vans a bit shabby. Should make more buggy available and have extra housekeeping staff to cater for larger crowd during school holidays.

my husband and i love the ambience especially the room deco and its landscape. we enjoy the environment during our anniversary recently.

as for the first timer, am surprised on such a luxury and superb resort and spa unfortunately the communication with the staff and customer is a totally failure. the meet & greet service was out and there was not a friendly environment. while i was having breakfast with my husband, the F&B manager asked us to pay the bill while we were still eating and that is totally very rude. Even the staff who drove us from the parking lot to the resort was very humble, at least!

the Resort Was Well laid Out, The Food Choice at the Breakfast buffet was different on all the 3 days and was attended with very friendly staff. Ms. Kumari was always there with a smile and I suggest that you all look out for her at your breakfast table. The Villa's very beautiful, very helpful and friendly staff, the buggy service was prompt and always on time. The restaurants offered a choice of cuisines catering to all nationalities. I am very happy that I did my booking at this resort through letsbookhotel.com and I will surely recommend this resort to all who visit Malaysia.

It was outstanding and they upgraded our booking to the premier room.. The stuff were very nice and frindelly. I recommend any one he wanna go to Malaysia as honey moon take one night in this hotel.

Love the prompt service and courteous staffs who are there to help anytime! Look out for staffs like Iqbal(reception) and Kumari(waitress) if you want top notch services! I bet most of the staffs are pretty much helpful but these two are worth mentioning! Went the extra mile to cater to our needs.

The breakfast buffet selection tasted a bit bland, otherwise alright. There is no form of transportation to the seafood restaurants outside the resort, and to walk the distance is quite a hassle if you are travelling with ageing individuals and young children, especially at night. I would suggest a shuttle bus service outside the resort.

A good location in the middle of Johor & KL whereby just need a very short journey to reach a peace and relax resort. Although the sea is not clean enough but we are enjoying while sitting at rooftop as it comes with sound of waves & sea wind. Interior design is nice, especially have chosen lots of wood furnitures and materials. Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor is worth of money, their foods are so delicious!

In fact, we staying at 2 different direction of rooms, 910 is nice to stay due to opposite row of villa has enough distance where else 913 facing another row of villa near and caused less sea wind. The room 913 air condition is poor, heater in bathroom is not good in function. Space of swimming pool is too small as we feel uncomfortable while in.

My god your buggy. It is worst. I stay to Pangkor Laut yet every 5 minutes there will be van or pajero fetch the clients. Where i stay, we have to walk about 300m for our lunch and dinner and even when we call, no one fetch us. Except when we check in or check out. I did remind you about my parents which is about 80 years old. But no one bothers.

We booked for canary villa two months ago and they upgraded our booking to the royal villa for the same price :) rooms are clean, view is gorgeous, facilities are just perfect. My visit to kl was quick I stayed there for the weekend and it was the best two days in asia :)

You can't find the hotel easly from the main road should have more signs tho. Food is very expensive. Kind of small pool for such a big resort.

I love the services which they provide. They were trying to fulfill guests' requests at all the time. I'm loving the convenient 24hours buggy service! The scenery is picturesque!

Wishes to pay for another visit but due to the financial problems which encountered by students are restricting us. Signboards which lead to golden palm tree are so confusing. Without gps, definately I can't reach there.

Absolutely loved the design of the villa, especially the bathtub! The view was amazing as well.

The food was horrible to be honest. And the bathtub took too long to fill up (3 hours).

Ample activities to keep kids occupied such as water sports and kids club. Family room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed at Room 710. Unfortunately the sunset view was Cheap local food including seafood, easily available outside the resort, about 7 mins walk from the lobby.

The family room was very nice and spacious.

The buffet breakfast was not very good. Poor choice & they ran out of some items an hour before the buffet finished. When my wife realized that we had left a pair of trousers in the wardrobe when we checked out I emailed the hotel to see if they had found the item but didn't even get a response.

Only liked the location

My husband was on wheelchair....not much help from anybody there except from the nepalees national there..would never suggest any wheelchair bond to go there....came to rest but in return, got home with flu and fever because no buggy was equipped for wheelchair bond person...had to walk all the way from my room to the receptionist area in rain with all my luggage and not forgetting pushing my husbands wheelchair...
