Staff was excellent. Lady owner cooked home made Korean meals for all guests every morning. On the day of my arrival, she checked me in early and even bought me iced tea at a nearby cafe while waiting for my room to be cleaned. I highly recommend staying at this facilty. Tip: take exit 2 or 3 from Sinseoldong subway station exit (line 1) and its just a 2 minutes walk to the residence. -
The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was exactly as described in the letsbookhotel.com page, very clean and with an important air conditioning . Location is the best! I can't think of a better location for a city trip without a car in seoul!
The streets nearby contain all the shops and services you can ever think about and tons of food.
Great bank for your buck!

1) Location is excellent. Very near to Myeongdong subway station, just behind Pacific Hotel. walking distance around 2 - 3 minutes.
2) The room is very clean. Toilet is spacious, water pressure is ok and comes with two types of shower head.
3) Has laundry room where you can wash your clothes and is free of charge. Have to hang the clothes at rooftop though.
4) Rooftop is nice with N seoul tower view, where you can enjoy the night view of the tower while eating.

This was a super little hotel in an ideal location allowing for easy access to both airports via bus or metro and a vast array of shopping and dining options, many of which are open late into the night.
