The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Great value for money and in a really good area. Extremely helpful staff. I needed some help finding a certain location within Seoul and they went the extra bit to call the restaurant, help me with directions and print out a map for me. Room was spacious and clean.
todo comentarios » Conveniently located. Very close to hongik Uni subway station. Staff were extra helpful, no hesitation in making tour bookings for us. Room was spacious enough and clean. Convenient transport with both airport bus and subway. Though hotel does not have good restaurant it is close to restaurant and shopping. Good gym facilities. The location was great. Right in the middle of Hongdae and close to the subway station. I like the location, the fitness center and the breakfast buffet. Excellent location and friendly staff. Location. The location is so good, near airport shuttle bus and the subway is not too far, the subway is also connected to a'rex, you can find convenience shops, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping area nearby, in general, it is good enough, especially I pick the half-price from letsbookhotel.com and feel that it is super good, haha. location is perfect. So many restaurants, pubs, clubs on the backstreet. Subway is within a couple of minutes walk. A nice place!. Hongik subway station is just 1 minute in walk. Free fitness. Lively at night. The location. The attention at checkin. If you're not picky, it is ok. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful The breakfast buffet. No wifi in the hotel room, only in the lobby. Computers in the business centre were out of date. Too loud at night. People stayed up til 3 or 4 in the morning. The heater was still on in the background at night despite turning off heater already. This made our sleep really uncomfortable and dried out our skin. When we arrived our room hadn't been cleaned. It didn't feel as professionally dealt with as the lobby would have you believe. I wsh they had wireless in the room. I had to go to the lobby for wireless. Make sure breakfast is included in the cost of the room, came as a surprise when I was asked to pay for myself and my son's breakfast. The slippers look dirty and I have to buy a new ones for my own, the aircon always turn off and on automatically, don't know how to control. Room is a bit smaller than it "looks" in the picture. TV is still CRT. No Wifi connection in the room. No wireless internet. You have to pay for LAN cable to take it to the room. Windows are dirty. Furniture and building is very old. There was mold on the walls and for the price I think any hostel around finds better for a solo trip. Sometimes the receptionists were a bit uncollaborative. The temperature of the room, it was to hot and the AC could not be used to cool the room The noise of the disco downstairs. The bed was not very comfortable, dated looking bedsheets and room decor. Run down hotel. Very arrogant staff who checked me in.
