Actually it's my first visit to seoul, I've attended a conference at coex convention center that's make the location of the hotel amazing. I tried 2 other 5 stars hotels within the area, but this hotel is the best, especially the bathroom. I tried my best to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully reserved. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends & any other people

Nothing I can recall in negative way regarding the hotel, even the renovation work I couldn't feel it

Good location.

AC not properly cooling. Temperature doesnt go below 25 degrees which makes it hard to sleep. Renovation ongoing with construction noise and pool and health club are closed. A bit worn out hotel, 25 years old. Expensive Internet.

Rooms are well equipped, nice lobby, close to shopping. Staff always ready to help at any time.

The executive club should improve the verity of food especially the breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was georgeus!, and the swimming pool was great

Good sized room ; excellent bed

Hotel in the middle of a massive refurbishment, which takes from May 2013 to March 2014. This was not well publicised. The hotel is closed, as are around 3 restaurants / coffee shops. Rooms are accessed from the lobby via an escalator to the first floor and a long walk through an exhibition/ function area. Food and drink are rediculously expensive for what is no better than an average Holiday Inn standard of hotel. (Over USD 16 for a beer !!)

The hotel location is far from the main shopping stretch. The breakfast has little variety and is a disappointment.

Too many: due to remodeling the hotel has limited utility. At its current state it is a 3 to 4 star hotel (not a 5 start hotel).
