A very convenient location and value for money (considering the fact that it is located amongst 5-star hotels). As it is situated within the Jungmun Tourism Complex, most of the tourist spots are within the area - Yeomiji Garden, the waterfalls, Teddy Bear Museum, Jungmun beach etc. There are many eateries and convenience stores within and nearby the hotel too. Breakfast selection was good too. Friendly staff - always ready to help :) Most importantly, the room had a very clean toilet :)

1. Friendly staff - the manager Alex responded quickly to my emails and offered a free upgrade when my travel party increased in number. The lady at the check-in counter was very helpful and efficient when we checked in late at night.
2. Spacious accommodation due to the complimentary upgrade

4. Good location to stay as it is near the Seogwipo City attractions if you are driving.

Staff were really warm, friendly and helpful! Arranged for eggs at breakfast for me and helped us endlessly. Flawless :)
Room and hotel was super super clean, great view from the balcony, comfortable, great bathroom etc.

You've got to love the room. My personal room was looking out towards both the sea and mount Halla. A very rare view as most other hotels either have one or the other. There is an orange orchard right at the courtyard of the hotel, where the tangerine flowers bloom for 7-10 days in the year in May. Great smells. Nice cozy/homely rooms, sure to all

Located in the country side near tangerine farms with view to the sea and Hallasan mountain. No far from most of Jeju attractions. I hope, I do not need to mention that one MUST have/rent a vehicle to enjoy Jeju.
It is about 5 minutes driving from Namwon there one could buy most of needed food.
The host and his wife are great. Helpful, friendly and responsive.
Nice wooden building with clean and comfortable rooms. There WAS Wi-Fi in my Twin Room. Small garden with BBQ is a plus.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in my whole life. Thouhg it was expensive, but it was really nice, breath taking view, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice resturants, excellent breakfast, Dinner with the Volcano Show was nice, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools for kids and adults, nice relaxing facilities at the beach, and great idea for the barbeque at the camping area but we did not try it :).

Concierge staff were extremely helpful and supportive in planning our day trips and itineraries, arranged for transport, walked us to our driver and translated - just unbelievable! Always 3 or more people at the desk never had to wait. Great overall hotel facilitie and restaurants. Spa treatments were also unbelievable.
