The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. For the price we paid, the accomodations were wonderful and if I ever go to Yokohama again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

We had a wonderful view of Yokohama Bay. Staff was very very helpful. Treated with the upmost respect. We could walk to shopping and entertainment. Easy to subway and other transportation. Room was spacious

I liked the hotel facilities and the convenient location of the hotel since it was near a train station. There are also stores nearby so one ca easily go out and buy what they need then come back to the hotel only after a short while. -

Very short walk from station and you can hear any traffic or trains going by. -

The location was excellent, right in front of the newly developed harbour area with the super night view. It was a very good value for money as I got the discount. Had all the facility needed for the longish stay including the convenient store. -
