Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. She has excellent ideas for how to help her guests and thinks well ahead to ensure success and comfort. Fukazawa-san is a real treasure of the Sheraton!

We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge).
We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time.
We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that!

The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable!
I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. Fantastic location, literally across the street from the subway station. As it is common in big cities in Japan, there is a mini shopping arcade in connection to the subway station, where emergency shopping can be made :) Otherwise there is a "BIG CAMERA" store close-by, in case you dont have the time and energy to go to Akihabara.
