Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had plenty of amenities including bath salts, hair gel, face scrub, face lotion and other women's amenities. Room was a bit small but reasonable for the price.
There was free Wi-Fi and in room LAN line. There's also a trouser press. We were impressed and very happy with our stay.

The hotel had a perfect location, nice amenities and very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The connection to all sights in Tokyo is brilliant because the Metro is just 2 min. by foot. Breakfast was included, which made it very convenient in the mornings. We were allowed to store our luggage on the last day after the check-out. Very nice stay!

The location is very good.. Near jr Mejiro Station.. Just about 3
minutes walking..and near lots of restaurants and mini markets.. The
room is a bit small but since i'm an asian it doesn't matter at
all.. The staffs can't speak english but they're soo nice and
very helpful.. The room is clean.. They clean the room everyday
including changing the bed cover everyday.. The wi fi is good.. I was
staying at 8th floor but the wi fi signal was still good..

The room design was amazing, even after seeing the photos, we were
still somewhat surprised. Staff was helpful, for example they booked us
a taxi to the Tsukiji Market. Breakfast was nice, with two restaurants
to choose from: One serving a western-style buffet, and the other
serving either a Japanese or Western-style set breakfast. The japanese
set was very good. Hotel's location was excellent! Just a 3 min
walk to Shibuya station and the famous crossing. But even if you dont
want to walk 3 min

Very clean hotel, situated in a very busy and lively part of Tokyo. The hotel is quite close to the JR train station and the subway station (5-10 min walk) and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. This was a brilliant place: it's genuinely no frills, without being
sparse, rude and uncomfortable. This is a new building, with OK-sized
rooms, which were clean and comfortable. While there next-to-none
facilities outside the rooms, this was fine and made sense. Its
excellent location (5 mins' walk to jr Hamamatsucho, 20 mins walk
from Ginza and Tsukiji fish market, 30 mins on foot and by Monorail to
hnd for instance) meant one could get around very easily.

The room is small (typical for Tokyo) but efficiently organised and spotlessly clean. Good location, about 3 minutes' walk from Inaricho subway, and 5-6 minutes' walk from Ueno station and Keisei Skyliner to Narita. Lots of shops, convenience stores and restaurants in the area, but the hotel is on a quiet side street. -

Clean, silent, with features that make it suitable for a work trip as well as a long stay, very convenient. What I liked the most is the quality and accuracy of the details, from the toothpbrush and razor, to the very good soap. Excellent quality/price ratio: I recommended it!! -

Our twin room was comfortable and quiet. Liked the fabric freshener that was provided in the closet.There are lots of eating places around the area on the way to Shimbashi station which is 15 walk away. You have a choice of 3 other stations about 7 minutes walk away. -

Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. My hotel
room key kept failing and a new one was issued each time with no fuss.
Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in
Tokyo. Room was typically small Tokyo style room, but it was clean and
comfortable. My son loved the breakfast buffet, which isn't the
biggest but it's adequate to set you up for the day.

Professional staff.
Good value for money.
Free breakfast each day was good although not a huge buffet choice available. Location was reasonably close to the subway. A bit further to the JR station.Close to entertainment and shopping. Business style hotel so small basic but convenient room. -
