(1) Location, easy accessible - near Shinjuku station, eatery outlets, shopping malls. (2) There's a Family Mart near the hotel. (3) Internet access in room. (4) Individual shower cream, shampoo and conditioner. I dislike 2 in 1 or 3 in 1. (5) Alarm clock provided in addition to phone setting for alarm.

1. The room is small,not much movable space (but the room serves it's function). I booked Economy Double Room, the bed is smaller than a normal Queen bed. The width is about 2 pillows put together. 2. TV programmes - no free inhouse movie. All TV programmes in Japanese. 3. No radio channel. 4. Limited space in vanity top (toilet) to place toiletries.

Informative, helpful and friendly reception. Location of hotel is amazing. So close to shops and restaurants.

The two rubbish bins in the room were extremely small, we had excess rubbish which the maid did not take away after the first day. I left a note on their comment form and took rubbish to them. All was good after that. all additional ones were taken away during cleaning during my one week stay.

The location is very good. Close to the Meiji Shrine and to the Shinjuku station, you can get to and from any airport from there is a bus (way cheaper than a taxi). The staff is very kind.

The rooms are claustrophobic. But this is common in Tokyo.
