My stay was for 1 night, but the level of service wanted me to stay for more nights.
Room was very clean, neat and tidy. Very spacious for a single room.
What can I say about the location, in front of the main station in Fukuoka, Hakata station, where Bullet train stops and heads to rest of Kyushu or to Osaka etc.

The staff is really nice and helpfull. The rooms are quite good, and not small.
The brakfast is excellent. The decoration and the quietness of the hotel is very good, it is quite close to the international airport and very close to central train station.
My wife and myself did enjoy very much. -
Rooms were clean & nice; fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Hotel
is very central and in easy walking distance to the main train station -
only 3 - 5 mins. From this station you can take the subway to anywhere
including the airport (only a 5 minute trip) and also can get the
Shinkansen.

English speaking staff made our welcome more personal than any other
hotel we stayed at. Facility was best during our 10-day trip,. Rooms
were spacious, very comfortable, always clean, immaculate, and even had
a dresser!. Centrally located in Kumamoto with bus stop, street cars
very accessible. Eating establishments abound in the nearby arcades.

It was very convenient and the staff was very courteous and professional. Location was excellent for shopping and eating. Nearby Kumamoto Castle and it was a nice walk.

The hotel room is simple but clean. The hot spring at the rooftop is the highlight of this hotel. You should try this for sure. It is a very good experience.
Price is cheap and it located in the centre of the city, so you can get to anywhere easily. The airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which is so convenience as well.Wifi reception is good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

1) Great breakfast - love choice of diverse Japanese food including local specialities; "Western Breakfast" a bit limited but this is not the reason why we choose to go to Japan, right? + great and friendly staff in the restaurant!

Clean and comfortable hotel. We booked a non smoking room. When we arrived in the room it was smelting smoke. We got a new room right away which was a lot better. Although in Japan it seems difficult to get a really non smoking room. Especially in hotels which exist a little longer. However this hotel is perfect base for exploring Kumamoto and surrounding.
