Chalet Ivy Hotel is a beautiful building in Kutchan; the room is very new, clean and modern; we can see a peace and beautiful Mt. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.

The room and facilities were clean, fairly large and overall it was a nice hotel. There were many restaurants to choose from - although a bit pricey. Staff were friendly overall. The room was very nice and was larger than I thought it would be! The views were very nice during the day & spectacular at night. -

Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. The location. Was right in the mountains - perhaps on the back of a national park. 2 minute walk to falls and river. 5 minute drive to a blue lake. Staff spoke English sufficiently enough that we were comfortable with it. -
Great sightseeing spots very close to the hotel. Hot spring.
