The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

The hotel is beautiful, fancy, very clean and the room was big and

The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English.

Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori
restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room
was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was
enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at
all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

We reserved a standard double room for 2 nights and upon check-in we
were told our room has been upgraded to the superior room on the 27th
floor without any extra fee! Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The
room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious
compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just
lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka
station and subway Umeda station.

The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying
areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V.
comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room
they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it
does not.)

The location is very near subway nagahoribashi station which is about 30
meters from the hotel (exit 5a). In front of the hotel there is 7 eleven
where you can buy drinks and light foods. The room has modern facilities
and wifi connection in the room is fast enough for me. What I like most
is that there is one halal muslim restaurant near by. As you get out
from hotel entrance, turn left and walk until you see H&M shop. The

Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken
English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room
was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo,
and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of

1) serviced by 2 subway lines which were few minutes walk to both
2) onsen facility at B1 which was great after all the walking around the city
3) clean amenities & staff were accommodating
4) informed them in advance about luggage storage for a few days and the reply was really quick
