Lovely, elegant place with large rooms, comfortable beds and a view of Mount Fuji. It is located at the bus stop, with the bus going frequently to the cable car station and to Hakone. The décor is maybe boring but very elegant and I don't agree that it is shabby. At least our room and the common areas were not shabby at all. The staff is friendly, very polite. There are several restaurants on the premises, and one of them is quite affordable, if you go for the "light meal" option which in reali. todo comentarios »
It is a bit far from the train station but very close to the ferry so it allows tourists to be well located if they wish to visit the lake, the mountains, to take the cable car...There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Its onsen bath is really nice.

I love the Onsen because it is fantastic and its a very good experience. The staff are very nice, helpful and understanding.
