spacious room with own terrace and bar makes me more relaxing while looking to the lake in front of me. during afternoon before dinner , walking in lake for about 5 mins walk from hotel is very convenient.and we try the japanese style room! was fantastic! should really try to first time in japan.they have also shuttle bus which u can ask to pick u up in nearest station.thier english is pretty understable so probably it will be good enough to zero percent japanese langauage.lots of near japanese

Everything is perfect!
We are very impressive from accommodation, nice view to see Fuji-San, great dinner, onsen available and very nice service.
Even a location is a bit far from station (because we are tourist, don't use a private car) but hotel has a van service, very very very nice! Recommend !!!

Lovely place to stay to experience a traditional Japanese style hotel. Fantastic views of the lake from our room and of Mount Fuji from the roof garden. "maiyumi" was so helpful during our stay, being able to
introduce the facilities and foods in simple English. The dinner and
breakfast are excellent, location is good and they can arrange free
transport between train station and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel
to everyone visiting the place.

sent us back on our departure day. He even sent us to the theme park

Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese-
style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards
and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of
good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36
hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was
safe there.

In front of hotel is lake kawakugiko looking at Fuji mountain.
Dinner at hotel must book 1 day before , but if you arrive before 8pm there is a japanese restaurant just 100m away and very good.
Bus from Shinjuku 1700 Yen is most convenience just 2 hours, forget about JP pass.

Staffs are nice and very helpful. The room is spacious and clean, whereas the bathroom is a bit small. Breakfast and dinner are very good.
The location is close to bus station. Moreover, hotel also gives visitors a free pickup service from/to Kawaguchiko train station.

5 course dinner to the room was an amazing experience. Our bedroom was facing mt. Fuji, even though it wasn't the most expensive option. We went for a Japanese style room, it was comfortable and relatively spacious. Onsen is facing lake Kawaguchi. It's well equipped and spotless. You get to wear Japanese dressing gowns, pyjamas and slippers. We asked for a converter, they didn't have it but they kindly lent us their own iphone5 charger.
