spacious room with own terrace and bar makes me more relaxing while looking to the lake in front of me. during afternoon before dinner , walking in lake for about 5 mins walk from hotel is very convenient.and we try the japanese style room! was fantastic! should really try to first time in japan.they have also shuttle bus which u can ask to pick u up in nearest station.thier english is pretty understable so probably it will be good enough to zero percent japanese langauage.lots of near japanese

This place is amazing if you have a room facing Mt. Fuji. The possibility to rent a bicycle to cycle around during the day (allowed until 6pm only) is a huge plus because there are so many sights and sounds to look out for.
Another huge plus is the fact that we had an on-site onsen (hot bath). It is very useful after a whole day of trekking around the place.

Lovely place to stay to experience a traditional Japanese style hotel. Fantastic views of the lake from our room and of Mount Fuji from the roof garden. Everything is perfect in this hotel. The staff called
"maiyumi" was so helpful during our stay, being able to
introduce the facilities and foods in simple English. The dinner and
breakfast are excellent, location is good and they can arrange free
transport between train station and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel

private onsen just outside the room is pure enjoyment. Location
isn't right next to Kawaguchiko lake or facing Mt Fuji, but walking
to the lake takes only 5 min. The ryokan also has complementary service
to bring you to & fro Kawaguchiko train station.

The Music Forest is right across the road from Den's, a must visit in Kawagouchi. Kuhei San and Keiko San were most hospitable. I was picked up on time and sent back to Kawagouchi Station in comfort. The rooms were clean and bright looking out to a balcong, and beds comfortable. Simple breakfast of coffee and toasts would start your day right.

Hotel has a good location to have a sightseeing of both fuji mountain and kawaguchico lake. Equipments in the hotel are new and clean. Host of hotel can speak English frequently and provide free pickup and delivery between hotel and kawaguchico station.

Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese-
style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards
and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of
good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36
hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was
safe there.
