  The staff was welcoming and friendly - even before checking in, they offered information per email on what to do and see. Excellent location to view Etna - fresh air - short walk to the cableway. I recommend half board; the dinner alternatives were varied, the servings plentyful and the food was just v - Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna. We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay. The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.

Provided us with good service and information and everything what we needed for our trip to Etna.
