La calidad del servicio y el nivel del alojamiento - Las instalaciones son magnificas, el personal muy amable y los servicios son muy buenos aunque le faltaba algun pequeño detalle para un hotel de esta clategoría. El transporte hasta S.Marcos es gratuito y funcionaba a la perfección.

I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time.
-the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes
- the location was excellent
- that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere
