Very nice place to stay. Elena (owner) very very friendly and helpful. She gave us tips and advice on what to do in Venice, also gave us a small history lesson about Venice. Apartment was very clean and big. Had. Everything you could ask for, kitchen (with plates, knives and forks, coffee, kettle etc), toilet with hairdryer and washing machine, big living room with tv, king size double bed with window that opens on a small canal. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The staff were really
friendly and very helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we
were greeted with a fresh fruit basket on arrival plus a bottle of
sparkling Italian wine. The breakfast was nicely presented and the
location was just a few minutes walk to St Marks Square and only a
couple of minutes from the Vaporetta.

Mr. Ventura was so nice and helpful. He was very friendly and is
learning English, so he enjoys visiting and hearing about your day. Our
room was magnificent. We overlooked the canal and had the sounds of the
evening and morning to enjoy. Large bathroom and breakfast was very nice
and convenient. The hotel is very convenient located between St. Marks
Square and Rialto Bridge. We would love to stay here again.

I rented 2 apartments, both were on the top floor of a former palace.
Both were incredible. Well furnished, very clean and orderly. The
location could not have been better. Less than 1/2 block from the
Vaparetto stop, within walking distance of San Marco, shopping,

Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.
