I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. We stayed on 6-bed room and there was a lot of space for everybody. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The whole hostel is very nice the decor is very modern.
The building is a easy 5 min walk from termini station.
It's shares a building with other hostels.
The area is a little diverse but I never felt unsafe.
Internet room with 3 free computers.
Vending machines with drinks, snacks, and other items you may need.
Big spacious rooms with locker storage, just bring a pad lock.
Bathroom was always free it has 3 with showers sinks and toliettes.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight. I was very impressed by their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. -
