We were impressed by the helpful, friendly and very warm welcome here at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were given a very spacious room with the best views down the street. We enjoyed peaceful nights sleep and a very nice breakfast every morning with cheerful and friendly service. This felt like a home away from home. The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. -

A very nice hotel with a friendly personnel. Located near Termini
railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but
clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to
go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of
coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main
historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned

Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

Very very very very helpfull staff. The explained which places to visit, which buses to get, printed out tickets, spoke english.
Also location was good, central close to train station, with restaurants near by, safe by night.
Overall it was good.
