Pretty much everything. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The overall set-up was one of the best i've stayed in. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance. Location is very good. It is near San Giovani metro stop, about 15 min to Coloseum by walk. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Room was clean, with kitchen and WiFi was free. Next time I will choose T&V House again. -

They really do a great job to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We enjoyed our stay here. The metro is close so you can easily get around (Use the Bologna station). We are overall pleased. Eat the pastry at breakfast! Its amazing!! :) -

I've encountered some problems during my stay in this hotel, however, their manager responded decently. I really appreciate the gentleman's great work. I would come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.
It is a little far from the city center, about 20ish minutes to Vatican by bus. However, it is still convenient to take bus 32 to go to Vatican. The bus station is 300 meters away from the hotel. I only spent a couple of minutes to wait for the bus coming during my three days' visit.

The hotel is located in a very nice area in Rome and I am sure that many tourists will have a good impression of Rome. There are ministries and good shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a bottle of delicious welcome wine in the room which was nice. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the good cappucino.
