Spacious apartments equipped with everything one may need. Friendly and helpful staff. Located near green park. Quiet territory, a nice place to relax in the busy city of Rome. The bigger appartments (for 3-5 people) have decent sound isolation, unlike you may read in other reviews. Overall great value for the money you pay. -

Max, the owner was an excellent host. The B&B was located in a great
spot of town, rights along two bus routes that took us to all the sites
we wanted to see. The rooms were spacious with each having their own
facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

The guesthouse is a great refuge from the bustle of Rome. The rooms as well as public facilities are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is wholesome with plenty of choice. The location just a few hundred metres from several bus stops and Cornelia metro station is ideal. The nuns manage the place with aplomb and make everyone feel at home. -

Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is
spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

The staffs there were very friendly. Also, it was very very clean and comfortable. Its bed, its bathroom, its TV, its small refrigerator, .... are great.
Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM. So, if you want to eat

Good location in a quiet place (no noise, no traffic) for those who travel by car but do not want to use the car in Rome: there is hotel’s free garage and pedestrian access (20 min) to metro Batistini. Service, room and breakfast are good.

Via Ottaviano 9 is a 5 minute walk from Ottaviano metro stop and Musei Vaticani. Francesco and Angela were very helpful and cordial. I appreciated both their patience and promptness.

The location is perfect, just besides the red line metro stop Ottaviano, which makes you easy to access to many sight seeing places in Rome. The B&B itself is also pretty close to the Vatican Museum, actually you can see the wall of Vatican at the street. The staff there is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfort.

This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome.
The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican.

This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street
near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was
met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really
nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad,
so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc,
so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via
Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

Absolutely everything! It surpassed our expectations. We had a lovely room with a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was such a fantastic assortment of foods. The staff were so friendly and heplful; recommendations on where to eat, etc. It added to our visit to Rome. Would definitely stay there again.
