We stayed in Carrozze Three-Bedroom Apartment for 4 nights, Really like it there. 1. Location -> close to Spanish Step and be able to walk to all the attractions. 2. Clean and comfortable - perfect for two families with two teenage boys 3. Air conditioning with internet 4. We had breakfast and one dinner at the apartment, near-by market is convenient. 5. Easy check-in and check-out - waiting for 20 minutes for key person after arriving the apartment - Just leave the key and close the door fo.

Leone was the only staff we met in person but all the staff member answered the our call promptly to help us.The apartment was clean, well equipped and so roomy for five of us. Lovely apartment in the safe and convenient location in Rome. It was busy during the day but quite at night. The taxi stand and Metro station were very close. So was the grocery store. We will stay here again. The location was fabulous; within walking distance to everything. It was a very functional apartment with everything you needed. I was a bit upset when the lift wasn't working and I had to walk up 4 flights of steps with a baby and a pram, but the lift was fixed very quickly. Thank goodness. Italian are more friendly, I booked the apartment for wrong date, but staff is kindly change my booking without any charge. After we arrive, kindly introduce Rome to us. The apartment are located at a five star hotels area, 15minites walking to Spanish Steps, best accomdation in Europe. Central (v close to Fontana Trevi and restaurants), spacious particularly for two, all the necessary mod-cons, tv, etc. Quiet (even though on busy pedestrian st. It is tucked away around back). Rep met us late night to let us in and show us the ropes. Very nice guy. The location was prime! The Barberini Metro was half a block away, which made getting around fabulous! The "grocery store" was a few blocks away was helpful and the set up of the apartment was great! The terrace was great for our breakfast and dinners!. The apartment was excellent , though in heart of town we never felt rushed or crowded, quiet and cool place to live. Very homely. Staff very helpful and co-operative. Excellent location to travel around and city site seeing shopping etc.. The location was great! Easy to reach and on walking distance to a lot of the interesting must-see locations in Rome. The apartment was big, well-decorated and a great place to get back to after a day out in the city. The location of the apartment was wonderful because of the best place of the city and centrally. The Location and the appartment was spaceous to cater for a family of four. Location was absolutely perfect. Large rooms, though would not sleep six. We waited the key holder for about 20 minutes, not too bad, the young man is very friendly, but seems extremely busy, and go for his next customer after staying with us for about 10 minutes. It's ok with us. Shower drain was clogged. The shower head was totally calcified and not worth standing under. And the water only drained out of the shower very slowly. I think it could all do with a good scrub and some drain cleaner. Very busy pedestrian street (also v touristy). Narrow corridors and steps to get up to it with no elevator. Not a problem for the young and able though. Might have chosen their other location closer to Campo Fiore... The staff has multiple apartments to open and show so it was imperative that we knew when we were arriving, but due to traffic, we were late so our walk thru was rushed and a bit frustrating. The description said air conditioning, but it's a weak system, so fans along with the a/c would have been helpful. (It was hot every single night!! Tough for sleeping). We have a problem first night. Because they know that we are two persons. But I reserved for four persons from booking. The keyholder say that there is a mistake about booking and rsh apartmants. For the second night they bring us sheets and pillows . Thanks for everything. Elevator use was limited to single person at a time which was a drag being on the 3rd floor. Only two keys were issued and we had one adult child with us two parents and another key would have been useful. The bedding and pillows were a bit old and should probably be replaced. Some of the kitchen pans were also past their use by date. Quite a lot of stairs to access the apartment which we didn't mind but may be difficult access for elderly/families with prams. Bathrooms need updated. The shower leaked at times. The only problem was we had to get to a store for toilet paper. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would need to provide that. Upon arrival on the apartment, one airconditioning is not functioning, I immediately called their personnel 3x to fix the problem but come on the next day only. The air conditioning didn't work well and there were only two rolls of toilet paper for our three day stay. No Wifi Service. Having to leave!. Our flight was in the evening so we had nowhere to leave our luggage. it would be good if there was some facility to leave luggage till later. WiFi almost never worked. The apartment could be a little brigher. The front door lock was a major problem. It became stuck several times when we were inside outside the apartment. Needed to get the staff out to help open it!!. it was not so clean. Felt a bit dirty. -no soap, no shower gel -no wi-fi. building under repairs. The Spanish Steps office staff. Check in was a bit sketchy. Person wasn't well organized or very helpful with information. Air conditioning not working initially but it was fixed fairly quickly the next day. Old building with a bad smell in kitchen. Don't plan on spending to much time in kitchen , other than getting stuff from fridge. Problems at times with the water heater, no TV, no lift. Unfortunately, the Italians are very reckless when driving especially the bikers. The second bedroom is very small and is situated just off the living room divided by sliding doors. There is no privacy, no storage and very little floor space. As we were a family group we were OK but it would be difficult with 2 couples. The bed was not comfortable. Staff were very unhelpful, we got lost on way to apartment and were called on mobile to be told to hurry up! when asked for directions we were told she was too busy to give directions to every customer and that she had other customers waiting so just hurry up as we were causing problems !! Key holder was a bit friendlier but he didnt know which apartment key was for and he tried three different apartments in block before asking a resident for directions to correct door !!!. bathrooms need more clean beds not very conformable washing machines missed in the apartment. Key holder was not informed regarding our arrival. It took us more than 2 hours to check in bec she was busy checking in other guests. It's very difficult to wait esp after a long travel and manyluggages. Checking out was very easy. You just have to leave the key on the table and lock the apartment. In the booking reservation i was informed that there was a washing machine... there wasn't. I was expecting the Kitchenet to be more accessible and clean - unfortunately the kitchenet was a disaster!!! we couldnt even come close to it. The Appartment was extremely OLD and the beds were small queen size that were extremely uncomfortable. The lighting system and the air-conditioning system was a major challenge to operate. Staff was rude, and uninterested in making stay convenient. Definitely would not sleep 6 individuals; slept 3 couples alright. Overall material condition of apartment was lacking (i.e. door handles broken). No staff available if needed after brief check-in. Apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived but when chased they did send people around quickly. Bathroom a little small and shower needed some attention. there's only 2 toilet papers for 3 nights (for 5 persons), no soap at all, no hairdryer, no iron. 5th floor with minute lift not so easy with baby and stroller!. The lack of an elevator is a major deterrant especially for seniors. The hard bed and dirty sofa. I was supposed to receive an invoice but I'm steel waiting for it; the apartment was furnished with very old things, some pieces of furniture were newer but the floors, the ceiling, the tiles, etc. were older than Matusalem. Shabby furniture. Extremely hard beds. Shabby kitchen. Drain smells in the bathrooms. Not a good view from the roof garden. (Shacks on neighbouring roofs!). Apartment is chosen by the company, no elevator - so carry luggage to the third floor. AC was not working (fixed later), no toileteries, no cloak room, no services.
