Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . We have finished our holiday and are back home in Australia . I miss Rome so much and the beautiful friendly people we are so grateful to the beautiful staff of this hotel . I hope to visit you again one day .....

More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates. breakfast is included & an excellent buffet with hot & cold offerings in an indoor or outdoor seating choice. Classy yet informal. Exceptional staff dedicated to customer satisfaction. Super convenient location yet a street off the main avenues so rooms were quite, even with windows open. Close to Roma Termini (easy walk even with luggage). Great spacious room, with luxurious bath and shower; really-free wifi; helpful staff; super friendly housecleaning and breakfast wait staff. Very good bed, good sized triple room in recently refurbished hotel. Nice range in breakfast buffet. Convenient location for sites and trendy local area - small shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Very clean. Many thanks to helpful staff who organised a doctor when needed. This hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Location, service, style, food, everything is just amazing. Rooms are even better than on pictures. Cleaning more than once per day. 5-7 min to all central places. We know that we will stay there every time we are in Rome. The location is amazing! Near by restaurants, shops, train station. I was able to visit most top attractions by foot. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Honestly, couldn’t find anything. 1) during check in staff was asking about payment, first time i payed before stay. 2) we stayed during our honey moon and informed hotel during booking but... nothing. Was so surprised. 3) no bathrobs 4) little bit poor breakfasts , every day the same but for few days in Rome its ok. Expensive, although cheap comparing to other similar 4*. Wifi not available on higher floors. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Air conditioning was difficult to adjust, not lower than 22°C, although at night the real temperature was higher. The temperature in the room was very hot. We had a restless sleep the first night but discovered in the morning that you had to speak with reception to have the temperature turned down. Thankfully the rest of the stay was great. We kept seeing doors open with loads of laundry piled high. Went against the nice boutiques feel. room was to hot at night. Price a little bit for high for what they do offer. No roof garden. no negatives. Unfortunately the spa was not open yet. No coffee maker in the room. Had to bring a device or find an internet café for internet access - not even 1 or 2 computers. Bathroom - Did not cater for less mobile people to gain access to shower over bath. i.e. no grab handles. Lift access was slow at times. reserved number for three with a sofa a bed. as a result number was small double with an additional bed. There was no tea or coffee in the room. nothing. The small elevator. I miss restaurant where u can book your dinner. Really nothing. I didn't find my mascara. Asked for it at the desk before breakfast. After breakfast it was there. Strange... The hotel service personnel constantly occupies the elevator.
