Mr.Victor the owner was so helpful and hospitable. The room was clean and nice n free internet and kitchen (including free expresso!). I am definitely recommend this B&B for those who seek hospitability. Feeling so at home.

It was an apartement in a residence area n very difficult to find. The owner should give a very detail instruction from leaving the train station (which was very close actually), detail direction (turn lef/right at what exit gate in the underground). We spent 45 min (should be 10 min on foot) and almost frustated to reach the location. Next time I will call him for a detail instructions.

It’s not so far from the historical center of Rome (20 minutes by walk to Colosseum), but far enough to set lower prices in café J Victor is a great host, always ready to help and he always keeps some cakes and milk just in case you’re hungry ;)

Wifi wasn't available inside our room.

Great value for money almost in the centre of Rome. 25min walking to the centre, 5min to the underground.

Sharing bathroom and kitchen not for those who like privacy. For our family this was not a problem and guests (and house keeper) seems to keep it clean all the time.

Convenient location (5 mins walk to the nearest metro station). Well served drinks and snacks (available throughout the day), and breakfast. The host is welcoming and nice, and the place is quite cozy. Overall a economy but comfort place to stay at Rome.

The path to the building at night is a little bit dark.

Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen.
