  The location was ideal. A few steps and we were at the beach. The rooms are also very quiet. A plus for those with families. Eso es lo único bueno - Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

  We loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The rooms were all of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly and really looked after us. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with a group of friends and the staff made it for us. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.
