Nice hotel. We had an amazing view. It's old, it's Italian, don't have the highest expectations. AC didn't get cool in our room, but it's was around 75F so not too bad. Parking is really minimal. Ideal. Justo al lado de Giardini-Naxos pero a la vez alejado de toda la zona hotelera. La atención muy familiar, muy atenta, atentísima! La localización es perfecta: cerca de la bonita Taormina y en medio del campo. Mucha tranquilidad y un desayuno correcto en un relajante jardín. Tan tranquilos estábamos que nos quisimos quedar una noche más pero ya estaba todo reservado!

Very nice stay. Great breakfast, most of it home made and fresh.
Owner is very friendly, caring, educated and hospitable.
No problem getting there. Just use the coordinates you receive from Balarte or the 'location on the map'-feature in your TomTom. letsbookhotel.comsite gives you the exact location. Also Balarte signs on roads close by.

Very eclectic and modern design, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and high end shower and bath soaps. The location is rural and very peaceful, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was a delicious mix of local dishes and fresh fruit. The lady in charge was very graceful and helpful. I would describe the Balarte as the Gugenheim in the middle on the Scicilian countryside !

I thought this was a great hotel. The room and bathroom were lovely,
especially the bathroom where the modern fixtures were super and the
capacious shower a real treat. The staff were tremendous: helpful and
very friendly. The hotel is on a beautiful little piazza, and there are
a couple really good trattoria really close by. Free parking nearby.

Great location with fantastic views over Ragusa Ibla. We had an upgrade
to a lovely spacious room with two balconies from which we could look
out over the old town with the swifts flying over the roof tops. Isabel
on reception was extremely helpful with advice on parking, local
restaurants and, of course, directions to Montalbano sites.

Charming, helpful owners. Castellamare del Golfo is a good base for visiting North West Sicily. The scenery in the area is beautiful. The town is not far from Palermo airport and the autostrada does not have much traffic. -

We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was very friendly and kind etc. Breakfasts were good, service prompt. Everything is very clean and the hotel in overall has a certain charm, you won’t easily find anywhere else.

Neas is really in the heart of romantic Noto. It is really close to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish, small parking space is available right at the door, however I don't know whether it's free or not.
