Wonderful hotel. We had room with seaview. Fantastic and worth the little extra. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great pool with beach across the road. Great sand no rocks. We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. We liked the welcome and attention from all the staff at reception and in the dining area. The room space was good as was the garden setting. Breakfast was fine. Generally had a calm, quiet ambience when we were there in mid May. Free parking. -

when we went there, a big event was about to start, which obliged them to move us to one of their sister hotels. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is really perfect (A few minutes drive from porto cervo) .
Make sure you rent a car while you are staying there,so that you can visit other beaches and places. This doesn't have anything to do with the location of the hotel, where ever you go in Sardinia you need to rent a car.
