Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished. The in-house restaurant was excellent (especially the tagliolini al limone) and the wines are of a high quality. -

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

Beautiful spot to be and to relax. We were a group of five, had the apartment with the private balcony and fully enjoyed our time. Apartment has everything needed, was clean and spacious. Just an oven is missing but didn't bother us too much. Manerba itself is small and quiet but not far away by car from Salò and other beautiful towns. -

Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic!
The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -
