As this is a B&B its absolutely fine and we feeled welcome. Room clean and you got your own "private" bathroom close to. The location is great but rather noisy.

Marinella gave us a wonderful welcome, and very thoughtfully had food and drinks awaiting out arrival. The apartment was just 10 minutes walk from the Ottoviano metro and had everything we needed for our trip to Rome. The facilities were clean and well kept with everything in full working order. + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc.
+ The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house.
+ There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :)
Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013).
+ The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

Mario was a very polite and friendly attendant, he tried everything to be OK during our stay and gave us some useful information about the city. Breakfast was OK, with a large variety of goodies. Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.
Good coffee at the breakfast.
Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.
