The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Our stay could not have been any better. They made us feel like part of their family! It was just wonderful! From talking with other businesses around town that Tramonto D'Oro has a great reputation around the towns. - We were greeted at the door with open arms and treated like family during our too short stay. The room was lovely and the view breathtaking! The rooftop pool was truly an oasis! The parking was an unexpected blessing after driving the Amalfi and seeing how scarce it is. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends. The hotel is amazing, I highly recommend it if you are in Ischia, the best value for money we had in Amalfi coast. The hotel is located in big garden area,has its own private beach, nice kitchen, super service, special thank to Salvatore, Manager in the restaurant. Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!
