Location very good! New decoration.

I went during winter, so found the heating system in the room very poor, specially in the bathrooms.

The hotel was clean the staff were kind and is close to the railway station and bus..

this is a lift, not an elevator. It runs very, very slowly by design very very small

the triple room was on the seventh floor and there was elevator.

Rooms & hotel had a pleasant design, staff was friendly. The hotel is nice & clean, just across the street when you get out of Milano Centrale. We only stayed one night, so we were looking for something close to the train station.

The hotel was actually further away from the city center than we thought (20-30mins walk), but the metro leaves just in front of the hotel. The area is a bit loud, but not more than around any other train station.

Breakfast should have a little more options and the cost of 7 euros per day for Wifi is too expensive. it could be my hotel everytime in milan because is the second time i stay there but definitly...without wifi not sure if i will come back.

Very close to metro station (50 meters) , very close to Milan Central Train Station (200 meters) (airport bus- either from Bergamo and Malpensa also park there) and very close to the center of the city (about 15 minutes walking from Duomo). Ideal for shopping and to stroll around the city. . Clean. Polite personnel.

5 min walk from Milano Centrale, hotel is clean and very modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a tunnel to the Metro right next to the hotel entrance.

No FREE Wifi in the room or the lobby.

Clean bright rooms. Very helpful receptionist. Modern decor. Not fat from the sites. Very good public transport access. Plentiful breakfast in pleasant surroundings.

The staffs were polite and kind and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good. There was a safe in the room which was really useful. A good place near central station (Milano Centrale) so you will have easy access to other parts of Milan.

You could always feel the smell of sewage in the room and there was a glass half partition to separate the shower which was inefficient and the water flooded the bathroom each time I took a shower. WiFi was not free and cost 7 € for each device per 24 hours.

The bed was very comfortable and the location really convenient

I didn't get my wake up call, the rubbish bin in the bathroom was broken and due to minor details like patched together skirting boards it had a slightly shabby feel

I always stay at Idea Milano Centrale as it has a perfect location, right across Milano Centrale station. Whether you are coming to Milan by train or by bus from the airport, it is the perfect hotel. Rooms are clean and very nice. Good stuff and breakfast, great value for money!

It´s really close to the Central Station, just 3 minutes walking. Breakfast is all good (even the staff that Works there!). Rooms are large enough and have a good bathroom. Very clean and new!

Wifi paid (7 euros each 24 hours and if you sharing the room, you can´t use the same code, you have to pay twice! - 14 euros the couple). The bed is large, but has a space between the mattresses that is not comfortable.

Modern, smaller style hotel very close to major train station makes is ideal for short stay. Breakfast was nice enough (as good as what you get in budget hotels in mainstream Italy).

Paying for wifi unusual - first time encountered in several cities we visited. Nothing to see in the area, but we knew that and easy to commute.

The shower leaked something terrible! I spent 10 minutes after showering mopping up the huge puddle with the shower mat, ringing it out, soaking up more, etc.The shower door didn't stay closed and the lip of the shower floor was too shallow. Very bad design. My cousins had the same problem when they stayed there...

Very modern feel comfortable beds nice size rooms.

My colleague had to change rooms has the toilet was broken. and the walls of the hotel were very thin, you could hear the next room flushing their toilets.

The room was compact but well planned and very comfortable. Super big bed. Excellent shower, washbasin and toilet facilities with nice towels. Tasteful décor and restful colour scheme. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The floor of the shower was smooth and slippery. No drawers for clothes. Open hanging space wardrobe.

The hotel located in the great location just 5 mins by walk from the central station. The room was modern clean and well equipped. Breakfast was nice as well

The bathroom was a little bit not comfortable for shower but not such a big problem. They don't have the curtain to close so the water will come out when taking shower.

It is very close to Milano Centrale station, where we can connect to train/metro/bus. Bed/Pillows are comfy. Breakfast is good.

A/C is central controlled, and we feel a bit too hot. Although there is big window which can be openned very wide, but we cannot lock it in slightly open position, just to let cool air in.
