The staff was very friendly, the location is near the center, there is the bus station on the square. The bells of the church are ringing every hour. That is great.

The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. The room was clean and warm, and the bathroom had a complete set of toiletries even including toothbrushes which we could previously enjoy only in 5* hotels. Even though the breakfast room is a shoebox size, we never had to wait for our turn to take seats at a table, besides, there was always a decent choice of snacks, cakes, freshly made orange juice and fantastic coffee. We found the location really convenient as it was within walking distance both from the main tourist attractions and the venue of our business conference at Starhotels Rosa Grand. We do hope that next time when we arrive in Milan the exterior reconstruction works are over and we'll have even better time at 22 Marzo Hotel.
Nothing to complain about except the pillows which were so paper-thin that we had to fold them in half.

Stayed for 2 nights and the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.
The double room we got was very small and the bathroom even smaller which made the stay a little uncomfortable.
Very helpful staff of this hotel made the stay very pleasant. Location was good, nice breakfast, aircon in the room, very budget friendly, too.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived late and my favourite receptionist man gave us directions to this great restaurant which was so reasonable and close by. Just what we wanted at that time of night. He also helped with any questions about what to do and where to go as well as giving us a bottle of red wine when leaving! So welcoming :)

Excellent location for exploring the city. Filling breakfast despite only being continental. Beds very comfortable. The square it backs on to is very pretty and there are numerous shops nearby. They also had a drinks fridge in the lobby if you are thirsty of an evening.
Could've had more English channels on TV but we fell asleep earlier than expected so didn't necessarily affect us this time. The staff also could've pointed us in the right direction for the main attractions or gave us some helpful tips but aside from this, they were really friendly and made the nicest coffee at breakfast.
The staff are very good and helpful. The staff responded to my requests for direction through email quickly. We arrived at the hotel half past midnight and we were very hungry. the person at the reception who waited for us offered some biscuits, jams and oranges.
The room is quire small for us. Maybe because we have big luggage. Beside that everything was good.

Location was good. Staff, friendly. The elevator was handy (although unbelievably slow!), and the toiletries were plenty for such a hotel.
