The owner of the hotel is an old couple and they r both very nice and friendly. You don't feel uncomfortable when u r living there as other hotels. It is very free there and very quiet. We loved the location of the guest house, it is located next to the station, but at the same time in a quiet street, the house has its own patio, the apartment itself is very large with high ceilings, there is a breakfast room with all necessary equipment. La habitación era amplia y tenia todo lo necesario, tv, wifi, baño adecuado.
Por el precio que se paga y siendo Roma esta muy bien,además de incluirte el desayuno que te lo entran a la habitación.

Location was great- metro station was 5 mins max walk, and Termini was 10 mins walk max (this is where the airport buses drop you off). Felt safe in the area. Supermarket across the road was perfect, fresh baguettes in the morning. Around the corner 4 restaurants (we ate in 2 of them)- value for money. The communal fridge was good. -

We enjoyed the rooms and a hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English well! Good value for money! We will turn back at this place again!

Everything. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome.
The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful. this place is only a few metres from termini train station, and although the termini neighbourhood is not too good, this place is quietly tucked away in a side street so you wont be bothered by any of that. staff is very nice and helpful, hotel and room interior are minimal but everythings clean. our room was quite spacy too. nothing romantic or special but for this price and our needs very satisfying!
