Great place for the value. The idea is not to spend most of your time in
the room while in Rome! It was very clean, it was easy to sleep and the
staff were very friendly! The only thing I felt was missing was a little
table the rather spacious common area to eating your breakfast at. I
would certain recommend these accommodations. -

Perfect appartment!! Really modern, recently renovated. Big room, the kitchen has everything necessary, really nice bathroom.It also has a balcony. Quiet place to stay and very close to the city centre (3' with metro from termini). The room was clean, and the aircondition worked properly. There is a big supermarket around the corner. Safe area. The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini.
The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.
The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes).
Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram).

Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining.
Rooms were cleaned daily.
Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini.
There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel.
Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh.
The price-to-location ratio was five star!

I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome.

We stayed on 6-bed room and there was a lot of space for everybody. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). Hotel was perfect for our two nights going sightseeing in Rome.
We had great help in checking in early and was received very friendly and professional.
Room was perfectly modern and kept clean.
Small services as recommending restaurants, city map and free water was all small things to make the stay very pleasureable.

The B&B is situated very close to 2 metro stations (its about 10 min. walk to Colloseo). Opposite is cafe with free breakfast (delicious coffe and sandwich or croissant). Very friendly host, they informed us about many attractions in the city and how to get there. Very clean room and bathroom. During our 4-night stay they changed our bedding and towels.
