The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

"What you see when booking is what you get", It's close to the train station and Metro. Very clean , friendly welcome, Breakfast quite basic but fresh pastries and coffee set out which you collect and eat in your room.

Location was perfect, room was very clean,owners was very kind and helpfull,When you opened the window, you could see nice garden view. You can feel like at home. And last, the breakfast was the best in Italy.
If I go to Roma again, I never stay in different hotel.

Comfortable rooms and warm treatment from the staff. Massimo and
wife were really accomodating to my wife and kids while I was away
for two days out of Rome. Location is great and walking distance to

A very nice hotel with a friendly personnel. Located near Termini
railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but
clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to
go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of
coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main
historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned
every day, and fresh towels were given daily. Opposite to what I have
read about this place, it was not nois
