My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Arriving, the staff was very helpful with one person doing our paperwork and the other marking a map and telling us about places to visit/eat/nightlife/transport/etc. Walking wasn't an issue for us - about 20min to much of Central - The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.

  Originally booked for two nights and loved it so much that we added two more. Excellent service, location and cleanliness. Francesco (the hotel owner) was always available and was incredibly accommodating. I am typically very cautious when a hotel owner give me a list of "All the best places" in town. We all know how that goes, th - This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who were extremely helpful! It is a little tricky to find because the driving direction changes mid-street on the street it is located. Also the name changes on the street - so Rome! We were driving a rental car so if you are on foot or going by taxi it is much easier. A very nice hotel in an area that is less touristy in Rome.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo
