We stayed on the 2nd floor, #3, for 2 1/2 weeks, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It was our home away from home. Washer and drying rack was very useful for such a long stay. We cooked many times in the nice kitchen. Loved the rain shower in the bathroom. Super location, close to restaurants, banks, bus, taxis. Most of the important sites: Vatican, Pantheon, etc. were all within 20 minutes walking. AC worked well. We were met on arrival and all the workings of the place were explained clearly. Ev

I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. Very hospitable, the staff were all very accommodating - especially Dulla (not sure of the spelling) who waited for us to arrive at midnight when we were supposed to be there around 9.30pm (delayed flight etc.,) and Marco the son who went out of his way to be helpful. The location of this apartment was amazing! It was very very close to Piazza Navona. We walked EVERYWHERE because the location was so central to everything. It was in a great building too with a lot of traditional European charm. Our apartment was spacious by and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Location - nice and quiet area in just 5 mins of lazy walk from the main
attractions, convenient to explore both - old part of Rome and Vatican
side. The room was spacious, with new furniture and clean, the pictures
show the actual state. Staff (especially Lara- thank you) is very
friendly and speak good english. They also serve small but nice
breakfast in the room. I love the idea of staying in a residential
building, feeling myself like a citizen of the city, so I really enjoyed
my stay here.

Apartment had a great location. It was like a loft or studio apartment with balcony and outside terrace. I would like to live there! We had very luxorious feeling. All windows and doors looked into the inner yard and the only noice came from the corridoor, when somebody came inside the building. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
