Recommended!!! If I return I will come back here. Very clean rooms.
Every day cleaning. We stayed 5 night and they changed towels once. But
if you want they will do more often (no need for most people). The room
was not tiny (also not small), just good. We had room at the backside
which I think was a plus for the city noice (traffic etc. runs
24/7

say Lounge / kitchen) there is juice, coffee, tea, kind-of-cake as
very simple 'breakfast' -
The whole place really was decorated to a luxury standard, even small
details had been accounted for to make the room comfortable. All the
staff were really friendly and helpful and even arranged our taxi back
to the airport which was great. The local area was full of nice chilled
bars and seemed much more local and authentic rather than touristy.
Transport into the city centre was quick and easy and we managed to get
taxis home later at night for less than 15 euros. Would definitely
recommend,

Ripetta Rooms is a fairly new establishment. It is perfectly located for access to the metro station and other public transport. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great. Breakfast at a neighboring coffee shop also worked quite well. -

Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. -

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights.
There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi.
Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies!
Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.
