The staff at Relais Trastevere are unbeatable! We were faced with a very difficult time whilst there and had to cut our trip short. They were absolutely marvelous and so very kind. We were also met at the property, given a detailed map, information about the area etc. Further, the location of this place is absolutely fantastic! The staff were excellent. We were a bit cold in our room and they came within 20 minute to turn up the heat and to turn up the water heat as well. The staff was very punctual, breakfasts were delivered on time, and they were flexible with our checkout as we had a later flight. The room was in a brilliant location--we walked everywhere. We highly recommend it.
