We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

The location of the hotel is fantastic and centrally located for all the
major attractions, yet very quiet for sleeping. The hotel offered an
excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold
meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we
were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio
overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all
and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. The charming hotel is located right in the heart of Rome, with access to everything! We had a triple room with a balcony and it was just perfect. Refrigerator is in the room. Full shower and bath. Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great
