The B & B has beautiful authentic rooms. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. All the major sights were in walking distance. But the best off the B & B was Michelle. She run the B & B allone, and did it with a professional flair. Always smiling and helping with everything like restaurants, taxiservice. We asked for some background music with the breakfast, and the next day there was some soft music. Simply the best.

Very friendly staff...special thanks to Eduardo and Giovanna!! Both exceeded our expectations regarding customer service. Rooms were big, clean and beautifully decorated. - location is perfect everything is walking distance. rooms are nice and big enough, hotel staff helpful, breakfast delicious. Definately would stay there again.

A wonderful apartment hotel. There is no reception or 24/7 staff, but if you enjoy privacy this is the place for you. A view of the coloseum at such a price is just a miracle. It is conviniently located near two metro stops. The owners are very nice and hospitable. Choose this place if you are on a budget. -

Spacious apartment. Well appointed with good quality (not luxury) furnishings and fittings. Quiet location yet minutes walk to central city Piazzas. Very friendly staff - we had a problem with a snapped key and they came out to sort out very quickly. -

It seems far on map but you are there before you know it. We got married
in Rome and the staff gave us a champagne bottle as a surprise in our
room! There will be a fresh bathrobe and slippers for you to use,
toiletries too. Our room had a minibar and hairdyer. We had a view of
inner courtyard.I Love the shutter windows. Elevator. The street

some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and
comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good.
Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to
communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.
