Very nice location - very closed to downtown - in a last floor of an old house / palace , very quiet area far from tourist critical mass area !!) ( 10 mn far from Duomo by walk) Nice Rooms very well decorated ( modern cosy style) Feeling to be at home

Breakfast could be completed with fresh bread and seasonnal fresh fruits ...

Beautiful clean and spacious room with a balcony view of the Duomo. Great location in a quiet room north of the main touristic part of the city, but still only about a 8-10 minute walk from the Duomo. The setting in an ancient palace was great as well, with access to the interior palace garden possible. The host Leni was extremely helpful in providing local information, telephone calls for reservations, etc.

We liked the location.Central but quiet. The room we had was really lovely.Nice bathroom.We had nice little terrace. lovely place for breakfast with the view.

Pretty,pretty poor soundproofing from corridor and other rooms.The aircondition was so noisy that it was absolutely useless. Luckily we had 22celzius during night. Around the oterwise beautiful terrace is currently construction as they are some works going on the building,as such, we have been twice woken up as workers walk literally two meters from french window leading into the room.

Location was great. The idea of the rooms in the old maid quarters is very interesting, the design was very well thought and the space well used. The view in the lounge/breakfast room is spectacular. Quiet and what a building, really makes one think they are in a palace

The last elevator is a bit questionable but at least you have spiral staircase as an option. Breakfast could be added upon (real coffee, we are in Italy), this would do the hotel justice.

Wonderful location with views over Duomo, and a lovely ambience. Great continental breakfast, and easy walk to Duomo.Lovely private garden, and very quiet.

Some may not like the spiral staircase, but you could use the smart luggage lift.

This place is awesome！ super clean, great view of te city in the dinning area, breakfast was nice. Staff speak good English and was very helpful, the whole place is well designed, also attached to a beautiful garden. I would love to come back here again!

I liked the uniqueness of the room in the palace. The private garden and parking was great. It was a nice sanctuary in busy florence.

The bed. It was so hard my husband described it as sleeping on a mix of concrete and plywood. The staff had their child there everyday and they were screaming each morning. The view of the duomo was severely obstructed by a building.

The room is clean and big enough. There is a nice dinning room with a great view. Localisation is good.

The breakfast is really poor. They don't offer the fresh bread / croissants. The coffee is instant!!! The price is not adequate to their offer!
