Sonya was a delight as she spoke English well and was always available to answer any questions and ensure that our accomodation was what we had expected. The restaurant attached was fabulous and breakfast was delicious with homemade delights - good value. Breakfast was very good (except not any vegetables was), you must try tiramisu! It's in a good location, the the staff is kind, Sonia speek english well. When we arrived there was no heat in the room, but they fixed it about 3-4 hours.
todo comentarios » A very nice hotel very happily situated. Very friendly stuff. We stayed in a room with a chimney. The hotel is comfortable to have a rest after a long walk in this wonderful city. The restaurant on the ground floor is good. Rooms above a great restaurant with staff eager to please.Stayed open for excelent lunch, menu of the day, although we arrived late. Thank you. Wonderful city alta. Everything was fantastic. Its spacious and well-decorated room makes a very enjoyable stay. The very friendly staff is also another advantage. Tea/cofee in the room, facilities were great, nice breakfast. We arrived late, but there was a staff person waiting for us. Very friendly staff. The staff was friendly. The shower facility was a surprise for us - we didn't expect it to be that cool, with stream massage,etc. Location is very convenient, walking distance to the city center and railway station. The adjoining restaraunt is fantastic, with the room clean and plenty of space. The B&B was a bit hard to find as it was located on a side street from the restaurant which faces the main street named Marechiaro. The soundproof was not ideal but it didn't matter much because the hotel is really nice. There is some problem to find a place for a car. Nothing. A little bit far from station. Unfortunately restaurant was closed on Tuesday. We wanted to have delicious pizza again. :). Nothing. The road next to the hotel was a bit more noisy then i expected, but there was no problem with sleeping!. ---. No wifi in the room, only in the dining room. No hot food on breakfast - no eggs,sausages, etc. No English TV channel, but hey what should i expect i was in Italy after all.
