great location to be in if you want to be able to travel in Tuscany without changing hotels.
Staff had a bit of a difficulty understanding English (maybe the accents) but were still able to help and guide us.

Very nice location - wonderful viwes, nice and quite area, good starting point for Tuscan sightseeing tours. Friendly and very helpful staff (speaks English and German). Our room was comfortable however small and with basic equipment (wi-fi worked quite well). In fact they have two buildings - the main one where the dining room is, and the other one - some 600 mt away. Breakfast are in Italian style - cakes (fresh, home-made, really delicious), some cornflakes (sweet of course:-(, no cereals),
